Working Principle:
Some specific molecular bonds will absorb light of specific wavelength. The absorption degree of the light of specific wavelength corresponding to these molecular bonds in the material is proportional to the number of these molecules contained in the material.
In the analyzer, the light source forms a series of narrow band optical pulse sequences through a high-speed rotating filter, at least one of which is related to the band absorbed by the measured component. Other generated wavelengths will not be absorbed by this component. These specific wavelengths of light shine on the measured object, and the scattered light is detected by the temperature-controlled PbS photosensitive element. The photosensitive element converts the optical signal into the electrical signal output, and the percentage content of the measured component in the measured object is analyzed by the processor. The value is displayed as a percentage.
